Stagecoach:

4000 sq ft 3 story colonial with a colonade and attached 3 car garage. This home has details such as granite curbing face foundation, outside granite fireplace and chimnea, custom made oak front door to replicate a historic Library in Mass, 12 over 12 windows, extensive outside moldings, and even a dog washing station in the mudroom. The homeowner has a construction background, a degree in historic architecture and chose Celtic because of our attention to detail when replicating century old structures.

 
Dover Colonial:

    Designed and built by Celtic for Celtic:

        This is a 2400 sq ft colonial built with new and innovative products to showcase for customers of Celtic. The home was designed with future expansion in mind. Windows and doors were placed so as a family grows, more rooms, hallways and even staircases could be added without disrupting any of the homes current interior. The fourth bedroom has a pocket door through the master bedroom closet so it can function as a nursery for a new family. Nine Foot ceilings on both floors with transom glass over most interior doors gives the house an open feel with still having private spaces. Custom bookcases flank the fireplace in the library and a large L shaped staircase with curved handrail is what you see when you enter the house.

 

Dover Custom:

4000 sq ft custom colonial with a 4 car garage. Built for a large family this house has one master suite with its own living room on the first floor, with one smaller master suite on the second floor. The kitchen and great room were built to accommodate large groups for entertaining. The outside is completely maintenance free with Vinyl shakes, pvc trim boards, and concrete porches.
